Q: When is your next show?

 

A: You can see my upcoming shows in the “Live Shows“ section. Check out if I'm currently touring and I might even be in a city near you!

Q: Why should I sign up for the newsletter?

 

A: If you want to be the first one to hear about updates and news, or be the first one to access concert tickets, merch and everything Aikonic, newsletter is your place! I promise that I won't spam or send excessive amounts of emails.

Q: I've bought merch, when will I receive my order?

 

A: The shipping dates depend on the shipping provider you have chosen. Your order is usually dispatched within 2-3 days from ordering (your order is packed and shipped by a one singular - yours truly - lowkey adhd girl that has weak time perception, please be kind). You receive a tracking number with the delivery estimate as soon as the item is dispatched.

Q: Can I cancel my merch order?

 

A: If you haven’t received a “dispatched” email yet, of course. Just email us at info@aikomakesmusic.com. Once it’s shipped, however, please wait for the order to arrive and you’re free to create a return.

Q: Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?

 

A: Yes, of course.

Q: What should I do if something about my order is wrong?

Q: Will the ... be back in stock??

 

A: Generally, I create one-off collections that aren't reprinted. However, if you are interested in an item, please email info@aikomakesmusic.com, and if there is higher demand, I am happy to look into re-creating some of the collections.​​​​
